Winemaking
The grapes are left to macerate in the press for 6-8 hours under reductive conditions; fermentation takes place in steel tanks with temperature control.
Tasting Notes
Golden chromatic imprint. The initial mineral impetus is driven by a saline breeze with hints of hydrocarbons; magnolia, Mediterranean herbs, nuts, and wildflower honey follow. Rich and satisfying on the palate, modulated by intense sensations of freshness and sapidity, which engage fluidly with an adequate alcoholic perception; vibrant and deep in the prolonged finish, reinforced by iodized echoes.
