Villa Dora labels do not illustrate the territory: they interpret it. The geometries of lava, the strength of artistic avant-gardes, and the
movement of volcanic matter become an essential, contemporary, and recognizable language. A design that does not accompany the wine, but anticipates its character.
The visual project stems from the desire to portray Vesuvius in a new form, far removed from the more conventional landscape representation. The volcano is not portrayed as a background, but as a structure: a presence made of cuts, layers, contrasts, and tensions.
The reference to artistic avant-gardes, particularly the dynamism of Futurism, transforms the landscape into an active visual system. The lines suggest movement, the colors distinguish the different labels, and the shapes synthesize the volcanic matter without describing it in a didactic way.
Textures, foils, and tactile surfaces add depth to the graphic design, recalling the light, the stone, and the irregularities of the volcanic territory. Each bottle maintains its own recognizability, while remaining part of a coherent visual identity.
