TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TASTINGS AND EXPERIENCES
1. Subject
Villa Dora S.r.l. offers experiences at its facility dedicated to learning about the local area, vineyards, production, and its own wines and products, which include, depending on the chosen option, visits, tastings, food pairings, and other activities indicated on the website.
2. Booking
Tastings can be booked directly online by choosing the experience, date, time, and number of participants from the available options indicated.
The booking becomes binding upon confirmation sent by Villa Dora and, where applicable, upon payment of the relevant fee.
3. Prices
The price for each experience is as indicated on the website at the time of booking.
Before confirmation, the total price and any additional costs will be displayed.
4. Minor participants and alcohol consumption
Participation of minors in the experiences is permitted exclusively within the limits indicated for the specific experience and under the responsibility of accompanying adults.
Alcoholic beverages will not be served to individuals to whom serving is prohibited by law.
Villa Dora may request the presentation of an identity document.
5. Allergies and intolerances
For tastings accompanied by food, participants are invited to inform us in advance of any allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary requirements.
Information regarding allergens is available in accordance with current regulations.
6. Delays
Participants are requested to arrive with adequate notice.
In case of delay, Villa Dora will do everything reasonably possible to allow participation, without, however, guaranteeing that missed activities can be recovered if this would compromise the scheduling of subsequent bookings.
7. Cancellation by the customer
The commercial cancellation policy is as follows:
- cancellation communicated at least 24 hours in advance: voucher or rescheduling;
- subsequent cancellation: Non-Refundable
- no-show without prior notice: any fees already paid will not be refunded, unless otherwise agreed with Villa Dora.
Any more favorable conditions indicated for a specific experience shall prevail over these provisions.
8. Cancellation by Villa Dora
Villa Dora may cancel or reschedule the experience due to organizational reasons, weather conditions incompatible with the planned activities, force majeure, safety requirements, or any other cause that makes its execution impossible or inappropriate.
In such cases, the customer may choose, based on the available options, between a new date, a voucher, or a refund of the price paid.
9. Withdrawal
For services related to leisure activities that provide for a specific date or period of execution, the exception to the right of withdrawal provided for by the legislation on distance contracts applies.
This is without prejudice to any cancellation policy voluntarily granted by Villa Dora pursuant to Article 7.
10. Conduct
Participants must maintain conduct that is respectful of the premises, people, crops, and instructions provided by the staff.
Villa Dora may interrupt the participation of anyone whose behavior is dangerous, seriously inappropriate, or incompatible with the safety or the regular conduct of the experience.
11. Privacy
Data collected for booking purposes is processed in accordance with the website's Privacy Policy.
12. Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection regulations.
