Temperature control, oenological precision, constant monitoring of every production phase, and continuous research coexist with a simple principle: technology must accompany the
wine, never dominate it.
The Villa Dora winery is organized to follow the entire winemaking process, from the arrival of the grapes to the storage of the bottles. The underground structure, spread over three levels, allows for the distribution of different processes in dedicated spaces, maintaining continuity between vinification, maturation, and refinement.
Stainless steel, concrete, French oak, and control instruments are used according to the profile of each label. The choice of materials and equipment changes in relation to the grape variety, the vintage, and the desired result, with the goal of keeping what comes from the vineyard recognizable.
An important part of the work continues after bottling. The wines remain at the estate until the aging process is complete, ensuring they reach the market only when they have attained the desired profile. This allows Villa Dora to preserve reserves, verticals, and historic vintages over time.
Reserves
