VILLA DORA WINE CLUB REGULATIONS
1. The Wine Club
The Villa Dora Wine Club was created as a meeting point for the Winery and those who share a passion for wine, the Vesuvian territory, and wine culture.
The Club aims to create a community where enthusiasts, connoisseurs, and the simply curious can deepen their knowledge of wine and its traditions and experience the world of Villa Dora up close.
2. Purpose
The Wine Club's primary purpose is cultural, informative, experiential, and aimed at fostering loyalty.
Through the Club, Villa Dora intends to promote greater knowledge of wine, production processes, the territory, grape varieties, and its own productions, encouraging opportunities for meeting and sharing among people with the same interests.
3. Membership
Membership in the Wine Club is free of charge, subject to the potential future introduction of premium plans or services, which will be subject to specific conditions and separate acceptance.
Only adults are eligible for membership.
Registration is completed through the form on the website and by accepting these Regulations.
4. Club Activities
Members may, based on initiatives periodically organized by Villa Dora:
- receive content dedicated to wine culture and the territory;
- be informed about harvests, vintages, and production;
- get a preview of new wines and products;
- participate in dedicated tastings and events;
- access exclusive initiatives;
- receive invitations to tours, meetings, and experiences;

Individual initiatives may be free or paid, as specified on a case-by-case basis.
5. Nature of Membership
Membership in the Wine Club does not entail any obligation to purchase wine or other products periodically and does not automatically trigger the activation of subscriptions or recurring deliveries.
Any future subscription plans, periodic shipments, paid memberships, or premium services will be governed by specific conditions that must be expressly accepted by the user.
6. Club Communications
Villa Dora may send members communications strictly necessary for managing their membership and participation in requested activities.
Newsletters and communications with independent promotional or commercial purposes will be sent according to the privacy choices expressed by the individual and in cases where the relevant consent is required.
7. Benefits and Initiatives
Any discounts, promotions, previews, invitations, or other benefits reserved for members may be subject to specific conditions and validity periods.
Unless expressly indicated, such benefits are not convertible into cash.
8. Personal Use
Membership is personal.
Villa Dora reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership in the event of fraudulent or abusive use, or use contrary to the Club's purposes.

Membership is for an indefinite period.
Members may request cancellation from the Wine Club at any time through the methods provided on the website or by contacting Villa Dora.
Cancellation from the Club does not necessarily imply the deletion of data that Villa Dora is required to retain by law or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of a legal claim.
10. Modifications
Villa Dora may modify these Regulations to adapt them to the evolution of the Wine Club, the services offered, or regulations.
Substantial changes will be communicated to members in an appropriate manner.
