Tasting Notes
It has a brilliant ruby color. Delicious fruity notes of raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries, along with hints of aromatic herbs, make up the elegant nose. The palate is enveloping and intense, with a spicy aftertaste and a long, fruity finish. Ideal paired with both white and red meat. Also excellent accompanying mushroom risotto.
