Tasting Notes
Deep color, garnet red. It is delicate in its aromas, to be pursued with patience. It begins with fruity notes of black cherry and repeats the blackberry as in previous vintages, along with carob. Pleasant balsamic hints of dried mint and subtle minerality; the spice is well-integrated with the aromatic profile, reminiscent of cloves and pepper, confirming the smoky tones. On the palate, it expresses a certain dynamism played out between soft accents and firmness: the tannins are evident and of high quality, with beautiful mineral savoriness, yet it is also silky, enveloping, and long-lasting.
