- VINIFICATION The must remains in contact with the skins for 6-8 hours following pressing. It is then separated from the skins and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
- TASTING NOTES With a pale pink color, it expresses a delicate bouquet of wild berries, mulberry, and pomegranate. Fresh and pleasant, it reveals its clear volcanic origin.
