Tasting Notes
The color is ruby red with some garnet reflections, while notes of blackberry jam emerge on the nose, followed by evolved hints of spice, cloves, pepper, and resinous reminiscences. The extract is powerful, the taste is very assertive with full-bodied but unobtrusive tannins balanced by a good charge of freshness, minerality, and savoriness, all clearly volcanic, giving rise to a long and pleasant persistence.
