- Visit to the exclusive Pieralisi estate mill, equipped with advanced technology and used solely for processing olives produced by Villa Dora, with no third-party processing.
- Guided tasting of Villa Dora extra virgin olive oil on artisanal wood-fired bread.
- Accompanied by house-made brined olives and a selection of cheeses and cold cuts chosen to enhance the oil’s aromatic and flavor profile.
